For the next couple of weeks, it's possible to have a reputable, ethical attorney whose firm features customer service give you a fresh start with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for only $999, not including filing fee.

Of course, not everyone will qualify, and for this we apologize. We don't want to fill in the Grand Canyon using a teaspoon for only $999. But if it's a case within the following guidelines -- and we accept the case -- then it's a deal. If you qualify, this is a flat, fixed fee with no hidden surprises. Ok, so what are the disclaimers and conditions? To qualify for the $999 attorney fee for a Chapter 7 pricing (not counting the required filing fee), the qualified applicant must:

• Earn less than the median income for their household size, as determined by the United States Trustee. Round numbers: family of 1: $45,000/yr. family of four: $75,000/yr.
• Not operate a business or receive any income other than a regular paycheck, pension or government aid.
• Currently reside in Santa Clarita, Antelope Valley or San Fernando Valley.
• Be current on all mortgages and car loan financing for items they intend to keep. Note: ongoing, "trial period" or pending loan modifications are not current until officially approved!
• Have fewer than 15 total creditors, including collection agencies.
• Not have a rush job because of an urgent issue such as an imminent wage garnishment, foreclosure sale, etc.
• Have no home equity, and no paid-off vehicles totaling more than $15,000.
• Provide at time of payment all requested documents (we'll give you a list at the consultation if you express interest)
• Understand that this low, low rate does not include any litigation, work with liens, or other extraordinary services.
• The entire $999 plus filing fee must be received by us all at once by Jan 27, 2012 in form in cashier's check, money order or cash only.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• You have to refer to the special and where you heard of it
• Oh, and you have to treat Wendy, my assistant and queen of my calendar, really well.

Now, IF these don't all apply to you, don't despair. More work will result in more time and a higher fee. We do offer a flexible payment plan, but not for the special pricing on this page. Once I know what I'm getting myself into with your specific, unique circumstances, I'll provide you a quote valid for 6 months.
